Laura Lleal founded Lleal Group to bring the rigour and perspective of two decades of institutional-level development experience to the private capital world. Her career spans leadership roles across multiple organizations, delivering complex projects for private owners, global brands, and cultural institutions.
Over two decades, she has led the development and delivery of luxury residential, branded residences, mixed-use, retail, and cultural projects across the Americas, Caribbean, and Europe, working with and alongside brands including Rolex, Cartier, Faena, and Casa Tua, and collaborating with firms such as Foster + Partners, Wilmotte & Associés, TEN Arquitectos, and Meyer Davis.
Notable projects include the expansion of a heritage-listed Rolex building in Mayfair London, adding a floor to a protected structure and increasing the asset's value, the Cartier Beverly Hills flagship with Foster + Partners, Faena Residences Miami, Ora by Casa Tua, The Pierhead mixed-use development in Barbados, and private residences in St. Barth.
